Ceramic coating  cars

CERAMIC COATING CARS
While a car’s performance and efficiency account for most of its effectiveness, the appeal to the consumers or users of cars is predominantly defined by the aesthetics of the car that include the vehicle’s designs, color, gloss and overall smoothness or homogeneous in its surfaces that are unscratched and clean.

Basically looking as good as possible

A bird’s eye view of any store that sells vehicle accessories and car cleaners will be on the front of the display because the surface of the car is  meant to be maintained and that is why we are here to help. Imagine a ceramic coating that takes away the burden of being maintained constantly and worried about its wearing out all the time; a ceramic coating that could last a lifetime and protect your cars, bikes, vans, trucks, boats and even planes from everything the environment throws at the way of your vehicle.I am going to introduce you to the best ceramic coating based on value and appearance of any treated surface.

These COATINGS ARE AN ALTERNATIVE TO organic or polymer based coatings for selected surface coating applications. When protecting a surface, it is usually less expensive to use organic coatings rather than other materials such as ceramic coatings. However, organic paints have limitations and will not meet all service requirements. Though more expensive, for some applications ceramic coatings may be a more suitable form of protection. Vitreous (glassy)  coatings are chosen for application over a substrate for one or more of several reasons   stability above 300°C.  . A similar argument can be made for abrasion resistance. Organic resins are soft (Moh 2–3). By contrast, vitreous coatings are harder (Moh 5–6), and some plasma coatings are much harder. For example, alumina coatings, plasma sprayed, have Moh = 9. Vitreous coatings are thin layers of glass fused onto the surface of the substrate. When the substrate is a ceramic, the coating is called a glaze. When the substrate is a metal, the coating is called a porcelain enamel. When the substrate is a glass, the coating is called a glass enamel.

  1.  These reasons for selecting a ceramic coating in preference to an organic paint include rendering the surface more  chemically inert, impervious to liquids and gases, more readily cleanable, and more resistant to service temperature,  abrasion, and scratching. The chemical durability of ceramic coatings in service substantially exceeds that of organic paints.
  2. Vitreous coatings are formulated to be resistant to a variety of reagents, from acids to hot water to alkalies, as well as to essentially all organic media. The only important exception is hydrofluoric acid, which readily attacks all silicate glasses. This outstanding durability, combined with a very smooth surface, renders these coatings suitable for applications requiring the highest standards of clean ability, such as ware that comes in contact with food and drink. These coatings are also suitable for applications requiring true hermeticy, usually to protect sensitive electronic equipment. No organic resins are truly hermetic. Even the most thermally stable organic resins depolymerize at temperatures on the order of 300°C. Hence, organic paints are not suitable for applications requiring thermal stability above 300°C. For example, stove side panels are painted, but stove tops are porcelain enameled.

A vehicle’s surfaces deteriorate with time, a car’s hood and roof lose their shiny chrome or glossy look with constant exposure to heat, light and environment, a boat’s hull gets rusted, a motorbike can easily lose its charm as its paint-job faces dust and scratches, glass surfaces can become dull and lose their transparency while wood surfaces at your home can end up looking like they need to be polished just one more time.
To solve all of these problems, we are presenting you Simix Multi Surface Ceramic Coating cars. A coating that promises gloss and cleanliness, both under the same economic package that lasts a long time and can be used around the home.
SO WHAT IS IT?  Multi Surface Ceramic Coating Cars is not your everyday thin layered polish. It is a ceramic coating that acts like an extra layer of glass with its own hardness and thickness so instead of simply protecting the surface from the effects of heat and corrosion which it does very effectively indeed, it will also provide resilience to scratching, drain away water and repel dust and dirt off of itself automatically.
ALL-ROUNDER: Unlike your everyday just-for-one-job THE SIMIX ceramic coating cars , It is an all-rounder that will protect from the elements the metallic sheets of your vehicles made of Aluminum, Chrome Steel and even Mild Steel irrespective of the environment of their general usage; The Multi Surface  Coating will resist exposure to water, dust or high speed air. It will protect the rubber and plastic components, keeping those dull and dusty surfaces shiny and clean throughout their usage.

FINE & SELF CLEANING: Glossy and fine, the Ceramic coating cars   will seep into the holes and cracks you cannot see with the naked eye and fills them up, preventing the surface from getting contaminated with dust or dirt and making sure that the metallic surfaces keep their metallic look you don’t see in new vehicles very frequently, for a long time. It doesn’t stop there, given that  Multi Surface  Coating coats the surface without leaving
any pores for dirt to penetrate through; the water from the environment that lies on the surfaces encapsulates dirt and washes it off, without even letting you know. So, SIMIX will not only clean up the surface it is applied to, it will make sure that it stays clean for a long time.Visit my detailing website here
